WHO WE ARE
Anerhui Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. is a die-cast aluminum LED housing manufacturer based in Jiangmen, Guangdong — the heart of China’s outdoor lighting supply chain. Founded in 2008, we supply SKD (semi-knocked-down) housing kits to lighting brands, distributors, and OEM customers across more than 50 countries.
We focus on one product category and do it deeply: aluminum LED housings for commercial and industrial fixtures — UFO high bay, street light, canopy, wall pack, barn light, shop light, garden light, and bulb housings. We do not assemble finished luminaires. Our customers integrate their own LED modules, drivers, and electronics, then sell the finished products under their own brand.
Manufacturing Capability
Our 11,000 m² facility in Daze Town, Xinhui District, operates a complete in-house supply chain:
- Die-casting: 280-ton, 400-ton, 600-ton, and 800-ton cold-chamber machines covering the full commercial LED housing size range
- Tooling: In-house mold design and tool room — new tooling typically delivered in 4–6 weeks
- Machining: CNC drilling, threading, and precision machining to ±0.03 mm tolerance on gasket grooves
- Surface finishing: Powder coating line supporting standard and superdurable specifications; e-coat available for coastal and marine applications
- SKD assembly: Full kit assembly, gasket installation, packing, and documentation
- Quality: IP65–IP67 testing on every batch with third-party test reports available
Production capacity is approximately 30,000 housing units per month across the catalog range, with a current workforce of 80+ including three R&D engineers and one overseas field engineer who specializes in installation standards for our international customers.
Our History
Anerhui was founded in 2008 as an LED component manufacturer. As demand for complete housing solutions grew, we expanded from individual components into full SKD kit production.
In 2013 we moved from Shenzhen to Dongguan to access a larger manufacturing footprint and enter new export markets. In 2022 we relocated to our current Jiangmen facility — co-located with the Pearl River Delta lighting supply cluster, where our raw-material suppliers, surface-treatment partners, and freight forwarders operate within a 50 km radius.
This evolution from component supplier to complete SKD kit manufacturer is what allows us to control quality and cost across the full production chain.

Jamin has 8 years of experience in the LED housing industry and is the primary contact for international customers. He coordinates technical specification reviews, sample dispatch, OEM tooling projects, and ongoing account management.
